Workbooks

When I’m out of practice, it’s a little bit daunting to imagine meditating on my own, or starting a creative endeavor from scratch. These workbooks helped jumpstart some interesting things in my brain, and I think they’ll help me follow through with some of the ideas I’ve been putting aside.
