The Divine Path to Healing Your Cravings: Webinar

In this FREE hour-long webinar, I am going to share with you everything that I know about cravings.

The first thing that I want to acknowledge is that they are freakin' hard to overcome. I’ve been there, it’s awful. Eating and not eating ruled my life. Popcorn, potato chips and peanut butter; what I used to regularly eat for dinner.

You might not believe it, but five years ago, this was my reality. I had just left the man I loved because I was afraid he was stopping me from exploring the world. (Not true.)

I was living alone in a converted hayloft in rural Vermont. By alone, I mean that my closest friends lived 45 minutes away. It was just me and the raccoons out there. I had thrown myself into my first business (a pie company) and was working long hours baking and selling pies, and then would come home and collapse.

I slept on the couch because I didn’t feel like I deserved to sleep in the bed, just like I didn’t feel like I deserved a real dinner. So after the manual labor that is commercial baking I would eat popcorn for dinner.

If I felt like I really needed the protein, I would dip potato chips in peanut butter. Even after I started cooking for myself again, I would still “leave room” for popcorn after dinner. Salty, crunchy, fatty, that’s what I was craving.

There is a solution. I didn't have to live that way, and you don't either.

Finally, I found a book on Ayurvedic medicine that said that you can “decode” your food cravings into what you really want from life. Since then, I have been collecting tactics that have helped my clients overcome all kinds of cravings, from boys to booze, coffee to chocolate, Grey's Anatomy to Girls.

Love Your Period Workshop: Movement and Rest

In the Love Your Period workshop series, we will go step by step through a series of experiments you can use to help you have a happier period. Once a month, we'll meet on Thursday mornings to learn about unorthodox but effective ways of managing our PMS, cramps and other symptoms. 

This workshop is about Movement and Meditation. We'll explore how cardio exercise, mediation, stretching and sleep can all support a more pleasant period. You'll learn how to time your heart-pumping workout and when it's okay to just stretch out for an hour. You'll leave with an action plan for a whole month of period supporting exercise AND rest.
