Try Organic Produce, Nuts and Oils
Some things are more important to buy organic than others. If you have the oppurtunity to buy locally grown produce, and they are within your price range, I encourage you to support your local farmers.
If you are shopping at the grocery store, here are twelve foods that are most important to buy organic when possible:
1. Apples
2. Celery
3. Sweet bell peppers
4. Peaches
5. Strawberries
6. Nectarines – imported
7. Grapes
8. Spinach, and other Greens
9. Lettuce
10. Cucumbers
11. Blueberries – domestic
12. Potatoes
It’s not necessary to break your budget buying everything organic. These are fifteen items that are okay to buy conventional :

A Note on Animal Products:
If you can find locally grown meat, eggs, and milk, than I highly recommend buying local, grass-fed or pastured animal products.
